How long does it take to process an order?
Short answer: 3 – 7 business days, depending on the product type.
Wall art and made-to-order decor: 3 – 7 business days. Each piece is produced when you purchase, which means no dusty inventory and less waste.
In-stock homewares, small appliances and smart devices: usually 2 – 5 business days before dispatch.
Mixed orders: your items may ship separately from different regional facilities.
We work with regional production hubs (for example Sydney/Melbourne for AU & NZ, LA/Charlotte for North America, Riga/Barcelona for EU & UK) to shorten shipping distances and reduce carbon impact.
You’ll receive email and/or SMS updates at key stages: “In Production,” “Quality Check,” and “Ready for Dispatch.”

Wall art and decor: available to most regions we serve.
Appliances and electronics: some products may be limited to specific regions due to voltage, plug type or certification. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page and at checkout.
Customs and duties: In some countries, orders may clear duty-free under local de minimis thresholds. Where duties or taxes apply, these are usually payable by the recipient.
Eco priorities: Where available, overseas parcels travel via carbon-offset programs and climate-conscious carriers we partner with.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident bringing anything into your home. In general:
Wall art and decor: 30-Day Craftsmanship and Quality Guarantee. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production defect, we’ll repair, replace or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original condition.
Homewares and textiles: change-of-mind returns are usually accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
Appliances and electronics: due to safety and hygiene, most appliances and smart devices can only be returned if unused, unopened and in original packaging, unless there is a fault covered by consumer law or manufacturer warranty.

How do I choose the right size for my space?
For wall art:
Above a sofa: width = ~²⁄₃ of the sofa length (e.g., 120 cm print for a 180 cm sofa).
Gallery trio: leave 5–8 cm between frames for visual breathing room.
Bedroom serenity: centre the artwork 15–20 cm above the headboard to keep sightlines calm.
