Wall art and decor: 30-Day Craftsmanship and Quality Guarantee. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production defect, we’ll repair, replace or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original condition.

Homewares and textiles: change-of-mind returns are usually accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

Appliances and electronics: due to safety and hygiene, most appliances and smart devices can only be returned if unused, unopened and in original packaging, unless there is a fault covered by consumer law or manufacturer warranty.
